Create a new QForm

The process of creating and editing QForms is similar to that of Forms. The difference is that QForms do not support a Text Block Question and an Editable Text Block Question, and that you cannot make a group conditional.

  1. Navigate to Content > Forms.
  2. Click Forms and click New QForm in the New pane on the right.

    The New QForm window appears.

  3. Enter a name for the QForm and click OK.

    The new QForm appears in Forms.

  4. Click the new QForm and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The editor appears.

  5. Click the QForm.
  6. On the toolbar on the left, click the plus icon and select an item and its type.
  7. Adjust the settings and click OK.

Attach a QForm to a Content Wizard

  1. Navigate to Content > Content Wizards and click the folder with the document to which you want to attach a QForm.
  2. Click the document and then click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.

    The Content Wizard Editor window appears.

  3. Click the name of the object in the document structure on the left, right-click the object, and then click Edit.

    The Content Wizard window appears.

  4. Click Select to select a QForm.

    The Make Selection window appears with all available QForms.

  5. Select a QForm for the document you are composing and click Select.
  6. Close the Content Wizard window.
