Authorization error on login

Problem: The user logs in but sees the following error:

“You are not authorized to use this application. Please contact your system administrator.”

Cause: The user has valid Windows credentials, but is not a member of any Tungsten Communication Server Portal groups.

Resolution: Verify that the user is a member of a Tungsten Communication Server Portal group. See Add groups.
