Column 2 - Information to the signatory
In column 2 you will find the following information regarding the signatory:
- Name
The first and last name of the signatory.
- Role
The role of the signatory within SignBase (such as owner, ...).
- Status
If the signatory is (logically) deleted, you will find the hint 'historized'.
- Groups
A list of groups where the signatory is assigned to.
- Quality
The quality of the signature image ('good' or 'bad').
- ASV-Flag
'Not for ASV' will be displayed if the signatory is excluded from the automatic signature verification.
- Type
The type of the signatory (signatory, stamp/rubber stamp, variant).
- Style
The signature style (latin, greek, chinese, ...).
- Instruction
Standard restrictions will be displayed completely.
Free Form Restrictions: As many characters as possible (depending on the screen resolution) of the free form restriction will be displayed.

The color of the name field is indicating the signing power of the signatory:
- Black on light grey:
Right to sign single without any amount limit and no other limited power and no instruction.
- White on red:
Signatory with no rights at all or company rubber stamp.
- Black on yellow:
Variant signature.
- White on blue:
Signatory with right to sign collectively or as part of a group, with or without amount and time limits (in fact, any other right to sign not covered by the white, yellow, or red background color).
