Quality Assurance panes

The following panes are available in the QA module workspace.

Batch viewer pane

Select the appropriate tab to determine the view type:

  • Tree View: Displays the batch in a tree structure.

  • Data View: Displays the data of the current batch in a grid format.

    Each column of the grid can be sorted and filtered. The grid cells can be modified if Allow index data to be edited (in Capture Profile Configuration > Workflow > Quality Assurance > Indexing) and Toggle Index Data Editing (in Index menus) are both enabled.

Image viewer pane

This pane consist of the Page Viewer and the Thumbnail Viewer. One or both of these options can be enabled.

  • Page Viewer: Displays the currently selected page.

  • Thumbnail Viewer: Displays all pages of the document with the page number and image file size (optional). Once the Thumbnail Viewer is open, you can jump to any page in the document by selecting it. The page selected is displayed in the Page Viewer.
