Query Results pane

Presents the query results in a spreadsheet format after running a query.

Some columns in the query results have a Sigma (Σ) button, but these columns must be enabled in the Return Columns pane. Clicking this button opens the Select Summaries dialog box, where you can perform mathematical functions:

• Average

• Count

• Maximum

• Minimum

• Sum

  The sum function is selected by default.

The results are displayed at the bottom of the report under Totals.
