Right-click functions
Right-click any batch to open the context menu, which gives you direct access to commonly used Batch Manager commands.

Open Batch |
For all incomplete and open batches, automatically starts and begins processing for the appropriate module depending on which workflow step the batch is in. |

Open Batch In |
Opens a batch in any of the modules specific to the currently selected batch workflow. |

View Batch Information |
Opens the Batch Information dialog box. When opened from the Batch Manager module, you can access the Modify Capture Profile Definition button, which allows a user to adjust all configuration elements of the capture profile currently associated with the batch. If edits to the capture profile are made outside of this area and need to be applied to this specific batch, use the Update Capture Profile Definition feature to apply those updated configuration options to this existing batch. Note that some workflow steps may need to be re-run in order to apply configuration changes. |

Check In Batch |
Checks in a batch listed as "[Domain\Login:Computer]" in the Owner column. If a batch remains checked out after a user has finished working on it, it can be manually checked in. When checking in a batch, use the same computer on which the batch was last checked out to avoid data loss. |

Open Batch Folder |
Opens the batch storage folder in Windows Explorer. |

Export Batch |
Opens the Export Batches dialog box. You can export a single batch to a different location. |

Delete Batch |
Deletes a single batch and the associated image files from storage. |
|
Rename Batch |
Opens a dialog box where you can rename a batch. |

Verify Batch for Auto Processing |
When selecting an auto processed batch, you can verify the batch to make sure there are no errors in auto processing. |
