Report Parameters pane

In this pane, you can run a query with specific search criteria to gather information about batches processed by PSIcapture.

  1. Under Batch Manager to query, select to run the query on either local or shared batches.
  2. Under Query Parameters, add filters to include or exclude various data based on dates, batch ID, batch name, batch status, or a specified user.
  3. Under Report output options, select how the report output should be grouped:

    • Batch ID

    • Batch ID and user name

  4. Under Capture Profiles to query, select the documents the query should run on.
  5. After the search criteria are given, click the Run Query button in the Home menu.
