Creating and deleting device groups
You can quickly create and delete device groups in the device configuration list.
Create a device group
- In the Administration Console, right-click Device configuration tab and select Create device group. A New entry field is created under Device groups.
- Rename a New entry field, if needed, and press Enter.
- Once a group is created, drag and drop existing devices or add new devices (by dragging and dropping from within the Add device window) into the group.
Note When creating a device group, ensure that the name of the device group is
unique (no device or group can have the same name).
Delete a device group
- In the Administration Console, right-click on a group name from a Device groups list and select Delete group.
- Click Yes to delete the selected group.
