Search

Search populates the items from the archive. Archive contains only the items with complete information.

The items with incomplete information are moved to a workflow for an update. The items in the workflow are excluded from the search operation.

You can perform the following tasks on the Search page:

• Search and view an item
• Export items to CSV/PDF
• Save search
• Delete a saved search
• Delete items
• Merge items
• Batch update
• Replace image
• Add annotations
