Fax Calls

Use this menu to view the statistics of calls on each configured fax over IP call peer.

This option is only available if FoIP is enabled.

Protocol
The protocol used for communication.
Last State
Displays the last known state of each enabled call peer. It includes the following states:
  • Unknown (white): The call peer has not been used yet.

  • OK (green): The last call through call peer has been successful.

  • No Channel (yellow): In the last call attempt, the call peer was online, but it had no free channels.

  • Unreachable (red): The call peer was unreachable, for example, due to network being down.

Active Calls
Displays the number of active calls.
  • Out Pend: Number of currently active outgoing calls that have been started but not reached the connected state, such as remote side is alerted.

  • Out Conn: Number of currently connected outgoing calls.

  • In Conn: Number of currently connected incoming calls.

Processed Calls
Displays the number of processed calls.
  • Out CP failed: Number of completed outgoing calls that have failed because the connection to the remote side could not be established. The issue may be caused by the dial peer.

  • Out CP OK: Number of completed outgoing calls that have reached target. It includes the calls that have been rejected by the called party or failed due to fax communication problems.

  • In Conn: Number of completed incoming calls.
