Find by ID

Use this menu to search for documents with a particular ID in the storage. This function can be used during troubleshooting.

  1. On the Menu, click Find by ID. The Find Message by Universally Unique Identifier page appears.
  2. In the UUID field, enter the Universally Unique Identifier of the message.
    Do not use leading or trailing spaces.
  3. Click Find.
