Use this menu to view the statistics for connections to mail servers (POP3, IMAP), fax servers (Kofax Communication Server, Biscom, RightFax), and folder import.

For each connection, you can see its configuration and historical data about message transfer.

State

The general status of the connection.

Display Name

The name to connect to the server.

Service and Location

The service and location from where the messages are received. For example, for a folder import service configured for C:\WatchedFolder, it displays "Folder: C:\ Watchedfolder".

User

The user of the service. For example, for a folder import service configured it displays the Windows user.

Error

The error occurred when importing the messages.

Processed

The number of messages processed since the last restart of Message Connector Monitor.

Messages

The minimum number of pending messages waiting on the server. Note that there can be more number messages waiting than specified here.

Next Poll

The time (in seconds) remaining to update the values in the State, Error, and Messages columns.

Poll

Displays a Poll Now button for each passive input separately. Use this button to poll any specific passive input immediately.
