Batch viewer

Use the Batch Viewer toolbar to get specific information about a batch within the QA module. This toolbar can be accessed in the batch viewer pane.

Toolbar buttons

Button	Description
Display Settings	Displays settings for displaying the batch and index field panes, including: Display index fields below the batch Display index fields to the right of the batch Display index field label and entry box on separate lines Display index field label and entry box on single line Display batch item toolbar
Validate Batch	Checks if a batch has met the validation criteria dictated in the capture profile configuration and opens the Validation Results dialog box. If there are any errors, the batch cannot leave this workflow step until the issue is corrected.
Toggle Bookmark	Sets a bookmark on the selected item. Only one bookmark can exist in a batch at one time. Setting a bookmark is beneficial in case a batch has to be suspended for any reason.
Flags	You can tag folders, documents, and pages with flags. For all options, see Flags.
Notes	Attaches a note to a batch, folder, document, or page. Select the item that needs a note and click the button. Date stamping is also available.
Go to	Moves to the next item in the tree that matches the selected criteria: Next Invalid Item Next Reject Flag Next Review Flag Next Delete Flag Next Process Flag Next Flag Next Flag/Invalid Item
Toggle Invalid Index Field Navigation	Skips to the next invalid record by pressing Enter, if any exists.
Expand All Batch Tree Nodes	Opens all folders and documents within the batch.
Collapse All Batch Tree Nodes	Collapses all folders and documents within the batch.

Recycle Bin	Opens a dialog box to view previously deleted items.
