Select Capture Profile

When you click the Capture/Import icon in the Navigator pane, the Select Capture Profile dialog box opens by default. You can specify when this dialog box should open by selecting an option at the bottom left corner:

• Opening Capture module (default): The dialog box automatically opens when the Capture module is started.

• Selected from File menu: The dialog box opens only when you click Select Capture Profile on the Home tab.

• Creating a New Batch: The dialog box opens when you create a new batch or start the capture process on a new batch.

Use the Select Capture Profile dialog box to specify the profile you need. If the list of capture profiles is long, you can search by name, description, creation date, or modification date to find a specific profile.

The capture profiles can be designated as members of different groups. Click Toggle Grouping to sort the capture profiles into groups.
