Classification menus

Opens the Select Batch dialog box, where you can select a batch to process in the Classification module.

This option is useful when returning to the module after suspending a batch.

• Close Batch: Closes the current batch. You stay in the current module, and the Select Batch dialog box appears.

• Close Batch and Continue in next Workflow step: Closes the current batch and the current module. The batch is immediately reopened in the next module of the workflow.

• Suspend Batch in Classification: Suspends the batch in the current workflow step for processing at a later time.

Opens the Batch Information dialog box.

Enables or disables auto processing of the current batch. Any auto processing configurations made in regards to Classification while configuring the capture profile are applied.

Starts the Classification process on the batch.

Opens a dialog box with the results of the Classification process. Here, you are able to see if there were any errors and what to do with erroneous documents. Here, you can also make on-the-fly adjustments with the Accelerated Classification Engine.

Enables auto processing for batches that are currently suspended in the Classification module. This function only works when auto process is toggled on.

Opens the setup dialog box that was configured during the configuration of the Classification workflow.

Unless you set up Classification for the current capture profile, we recommend that you make no changes here. If something needs to be changed, talk to the administrator.
