Download content from PSIsafe Web
You can use the PSIsafe Web download functions to export documents out of the system.
Check out/Check in status
You cannot download content from PSIsafe Web when the file is checked out. Documents can be checked out of PSIsafe Web to allow making edits when access to PSIsafe Web is unviable. When a document is checked out, other users are not allowed to make edits to the document.
To check out a document, either right-click the document or hover over the down arrow
and clickCheckout. Checking out a document places a copy of the document into a separate directory and
marks the document in
PSIsafe Web
as checked out. Checked out content will have a green check mark next to the icon.
When you complete edits to the document you can then check in the document. To do so, either right-click the document or
go to the down arrow
and click
Check In.
