PSIsafe Desktop Application
The PSIsafe desktop application is the most popular way of importing content into the PSIsafe product suite. Content uploaded through the PSIsafe desktop application can be edited in a variety of ways by Windows-based programs, and all administrative and setup tasks can be handled through the PSIsafe Desktop Management program, which also handles the configuration of PSIsafe Web.
PSIcapture
PSIcapture is a robust capture, OCR, and database synchronization application for desktops, allowing completely customizable import of content from virtually any source, advanced metadata recognition and sourcing, and workflow procedures dynamically load-balanced across a network of participating workstations. PSIcapture supports direct migration to PSIsafe, whereby administrators can configure unique workflows to import content automatically or manually, with as much or as little user interaction as necessary. All content imported by PSIcapture is accessible in PSIsafe Web.
PSIsafe Share
PSIsafe Share is a content-sharing platform integration currently available in the PSIsafe Desktop application. It allows for seamless sharing of content to internal and external users, with a customizable web portal experience that allows PSIsafe users to safely and securely share content with the appropriate parties. Shared content can also be accessed in PSIsafe Web, but full PSIsafe Share functionality is not currently available.
PSIsafe Synchronizer
PSIsafe Synchronizer is a robust database import and synchronization tool for folder metadata in the PSIsafe database. Administrators can use this folder metadata creation process to create folders, which are fully accessible in PSIsafe Web.
PSIsafe Books
PSIsafe Books works with QuickBooks to import relevant data and allow for easy Accounts Payable and Invoice handling. Synchronization of data across the PSIsafe database and QuickBooks database allows for easy management large collections of vendors, customers, and internal rosters. All content imported by PSIsafe Books is viewable in PSIsafe Web.
PSIsafe PDF Forms Monitor
PSIsafe PDF Forms Monitor is an automatic form generation solution that organizations use to generate customized PDF forms automatically based on a unique configuration that syncs to a designated database. All content generated by the PSIsafe PDF Forms Monitor is accessible in PSIsafe Web.
PSIsafe DocuSign
The PSIsafe Desktop integration with DocuSign integration supports seamless digital signing of documents through DocuSign's industry-leading software platform. Users can send content directly to internal or external parties for signing, and can employ the DocuSign web portal to customize the signing experience. Signed documents are accessible in PSIsafe Web, but full PSIsafe DocuSign functionality is not currently available.
