Create document data and records after import
To edit associated document-level indexing data for your content after importing to PSIsafe Web, follow these steps:
Also, you can edit existing records by clicking the relevant field within the initial Document Data window. Here you can manually type required data, or select value from the list. To pull up a full editing screen, select the record and click Edit.
- Capture or import content to PSIsafe Web. For more information on this process, see Import content to PSIsafe Web.

On the
Import Document screen, the
Document Indexes and
Line Items section appears in the lower half of the window: In this window,
you can see the existing document records that have been used as input or saved during the filing process.
- To add an additional line item record, click Add in the Line Items section of the window.
- Click Save or Cancel as needed to complete.

While multiple Line Item records can be added per document, only one set of Document Indexes can be applied to a single document. - After you complete any edits to your document records, click Save to complete. If you want to close the record without saving, click Cancel.
