Log in to PSIsafe Web
When first browsing to the URL configured by your organization for PSIsafe Web, the login screen appears.
First, you need to set up the configuration of
PSIsafe Web
by clicking
Configuration
, which displays the
Database and
Customer code fields to input as directed by your
PSIsafe
Administrator. Once input, these values will remain until changed.
By default, the Database and Customer code values are CNG_Main and default, respectively. If necessary, enter these values to reset the configuration to the default values.
After setting up your configuration to access the correct location, you can move on to logging in. Enter the same username and password used for the PSIsafe desktop client, or use the credentials assigned to you by your PSIsafe Administrator.
In some cases, the Database and Customer code fields of the configuration may be reset by your organization's browser policies, which may not cache information, or may reset cached information at set intervals. Additionally, if a user resets the cached web data manually, these input values are reset to the default values noted above. Be sure to record your Database and Customer code values provided by your administrator, in the event that they must be re-entered after a web data cache reset.
