Configure the system security prompt
Configure a system security prompt to apply organization-wide security instructions for all AI interactions.
The system security prompt is not applied when using Capture for extraction.
Before you begin
You must have system administrator permissions to configure this setting.
Procedure

The System security prompt editor is displayed.
By default, the editor is blank.

Enter the security instructions that you want to apply to all AI interactions.
System security prompts only support plain text; they do not support rich-text format.
