Configure Knowledge discovery agent activity

Use the following procedure to configure a Knowledge discovery agent activity.

The Knowledge discovery agent activity is available only to Enterprise-tier customers. For users on the Standard and Advanced tiers, this feature is restricted and indicated by a lock icon .

Ensure the following:

  • The required knowledge base provider is already configured. See Integrate TotalAgility with AI Knowledge Base .

  • If using the Tungsten knowledge base provider, make sure you have the required licenses to search documents in the knowledge base.

You can configure a Knowledge discovery agent activity using a static or dynamic configuration mode. By default, the configuration mode is set to Static (also on upgrading TotalAgility).
