Column 1 - Icons
The icon column shows icons indicating the status of a signatory. They are used to emphasize signatories with a state differing from the normal status. Their meaning is as follows:

The Info sign is shown in the following cases:

Signatory was deleted. The deletion has not been performed within the database. |

Signatory was deleted. The deletion is already transferred to the database. Undeleting is no longer possible. |
|
The signatory data has been changed but not yet transferred to the database. |
|
Changes to a signatory has been saved but has not yet been verified by another person. |
