"No Reference Data" icon

This icon appears dependant on the active queue. It indicates whether images and signatories can be displayed. When using the queues VTV or PTSV, the reference data won’t be needed, because the checks are merely technical. That’s why the "No Reference Data" icon appears as soon as one of these queues are active.
