Complex indicator

The complex indicator will be shown, if one of the following situations appears:

• More rules are specified to a signatory as the maximum number of rules that can be displayed (as configured by the administrator).
• The signatory has at least one rule that is not valid at the day the inquiry was run again.
• An unlimited No Right is specified. Any additional rule will not be displayed when an unlimited "No Right" is in force.
