Column 2 - Information about the signatories
This column shows the properties of the signatories. In the column header a pulldown-menu with the names of the signatories is integrated to be able to jump directly to the row of a searched signatory.
The following properties of the signatory are shown, depending on whether there is data available for the corresponding property field:
- Name: First and Last Name of the Signatory
- Role: Role of the Signatory within SignBase (e.g. owner...)
- Status: If the signatory is (logically) deleted, you will find the hint "historized"
- Groups: A list of groups where the signatory is assigned to
- Quality: Quality of the signature image ("good" or "bad")
- ASV-Flag: "Not for ASV" will be displayed if the signatory is excluded from the automatic signature verification.
- Type: Type of the signatory (signatory, stamp / rubber stamp, variant)
- Style: Signature Style (Latin, Greek, Chinese...)
- Instruction:
Standard restrictions: Will be displayed completely.
Free Form Restrictions: As many characters as possible (depending on the screen resolution) of the free form restriction will be displayed. The rest will appear in the tool tip.

By clicking the Magnifying Glass icon
left to the name field you
reach the
Detailed View of a signatory. There, you may jump
directly to another signatory’s Detailed View by choosing one from the
pulldown-menu.
Infotip: shows the personal and internal data of the signatory.
