Keyboard commands

The following key combinations may be used if they were enabled by the system administrator:

• SHIFT-F3 Search account
• F3 Search customer
• F1 Open help in a pop-up
• F12 Accept/get next
• F9 Reject/get next
• F10 Hold/get next
• F5 Get next
• F4 Check decisions (document history)

It is possible to redefine the assignment of the function keys by the system administrator.
