Display of rules

For each rule the following information will be displayed:

• Rule identifier for the context menu (e.g. a, b, c...)
• Rule type (N, S, 2, G, T)
• Currency and corresponding amount
• Groups and signatories for whom the rules also apply
• Account to which the rule is restricted to (only if no account is selected)
• The restriction indicator for the account is shown if the rule references an account that is restricted (only if no account is selected)
• Time indicator if the rule is limited in time
