Add a Text Block List
The following procedure shows how to add a Text Block List to a Text Block Selection Group in a Content Wizard.
A Text Block List cannot contain sub-elements.
- Right-click the Text Block Selection Group to add a Text Block List to.
A single Text Block Selection Group can only contain one Text Block List.

Select a Text Block List from the list and click Add item.
A new window opens, and the new item appears in the structure of the Content Wizard. You can adjust the position of the item by clicking the arrows located on the toolbar.
- Under
Behavior, you can adjust various properties of a Text Block List, such as make
it editable or non-editable.
- Editable means that the user can edit the text of the document being created.
- First Default Selected means that the first Text Block from this list will be selected by default.
- You can apply a Filter function on the selected Text Block List to keep only the Text Blocks that match the filter settings. For information on how to create filters, see Use Libraries.
- Under
Show/Hide, you can select to make the Text Block List conditional so it only appears when you need
it in your document. To do so, select
Text Block List is not always included.
- Click Add to add a new condition, select a Field that relates to the Text Block List in question, and then click Select.
- In the empty space to the right from the value drop-down list, enter text associated with the selected Field. For example, if you enter Y, the Text Block List will be included in the Content Wizard when this Field is equal to the value Y (for yes). You can apply as many conditions as necessary.
- Click
Save in the upper right corner.
The condition is applied to the Text Block List.
- Click Save.
