Make a copy of a project for troubleshooting

You can create a copy of a certain project as an MDK file. This may be useful if you are experiencing issues with your project and want to send that to the technical support for troubleshooting.

  1. To go to the dashboard, from the KCM Designer main window, click the navigation arrow icon and then click Dashboard.
  2. On the dashboard, click Create Diagnostic Info.
  3. Select the project from the drop-down list and click Create Diagnostic Information.
  4. When the information is created, click Download.
