The new object appears in the selected folder.

  2. Click the Word Style Sheet document to edit and click Edit in the View and Edit pane on the right.
  3. Microsoft Word opens. You can now edit the formatting styles that are added to the Word Style Sheet document.
For example, to format the basic text font, the item might be named ITP_normal.

Make the necessary changes and click OK.

For the list of available ITP_ styles as well as for the information on defining the ITP_ custom styles, see the section "Manage Text Blocks styles" in the Kofax Communications Manager Template Scripting Language Developer's Guide.
  4. Close Microsoft Word and save the changes when prompted to do so.
To view the changes you have applied, see Test an object. Changes are applied to every template that uses this Word Style Sheet document. To apply a Word Style Sheet document to a template, use the DOCUMENTSTYLE script command. For more information, see the Kofax Communications Manager Template Scripting Language Developer's Guide.

Alternatively, you can download the Word Style Sheet object to your computer to edit it in the editor of your choice and then upload it back to KCM Designer.
