Document Mini Toolbar
The Document mini toolbar gives you quick access to controls for creating and managing documents.
Display the Document mini toolbar by right-clicking the title bar of any document in the viewer, or by right-clicking the open area of the viewer.
The availability of some toolbar controls may vary, depending on the context in which a document is selected.

Insert |
Starting at the current cursor position, inserts pages into the selected document. |

Save |
Saves the document in TIFF or PDF format. The file contains all the images in the document. |

Switches to indexing mode to index the current document. |

Cut |
Deletes the selected documents and places them on the clipboard. |

Copy |
Copies the selected documents to the clipboard. |

Paste |
Pastes the contents of the clipboard into the selected document. If the clipboard contents consist of documents, they are pasted into the active batch. |

Delete |
Deletes the selected documents. |

Delete to End |
When you click the open area of a document, deletes all images to the right of the cursor position. You can select images in multiple documents; images are deleted from each document, starting with the selected image. |

Split |
Splits a document into two documents. Click the open area to the left of image that you want to be first in the new document. That image, along with all subsequent images, is moved into a new document. You can select multiple images at the same time; each selected image becomes the first page of a new document. |
