Extraction Monitor

This graph displays the overall field extraction results for validated invoices created on specific dates. Note that the date of invoice creation may differ from the invoice validation date. In this view, the x-axis lists the field creation date and the y-axis indicates the percentage of fields that match a specific extraction result. The field creation date occurs after invoice validation.

A legend indicates the four possible extraction results.

  1. Correct and Valid fields are represented by green.

Indicates the percentage of fields for a specific creation date or range of dates that are extracted correctly and have not been modified in the Validation Activity.

  2. Correct but Invalid fields are represented by blue.

Indicates the percentage of fields for a specific creation date or range of dates that are extracted correctly but are then changed in the Validation Activity because they were not actually extracted correctly.

  3. Incorrect and Invalid fields are represented by yellow.

Indicates the percentage of fields for a specific creation date or range of dates where extraction was incorrect and all fields required modification in the Validation Activity.

  4. Incorrect but Valid fields are represented by red.

Indicates the percentage of fields for a specific creation date or range of dates where extraction was incorrect but no fields are modified in the Validation Activity.

If a circle exists on a specific date, that indicates that at least one invoice is validated on that date and that there are fields in the state indicated by the legend. If there is a line between two circles, this indicates that there is statistical data for that same result for all dates between the two circles. If there is no data between dates, more than one circle is displayed, but they are not linked by a line.

For example, if your filter is set to the Last 30 days, and there is an 80% Correct and Valid extraction result on January 1st, 2020, this is represented with a green circle at the 80% and 2020/01/01 intersection mark. On the following day, 2020/01/02, the fields are displayed at 95% Correct and Valid with a second circle. A third circle is displayed on 2020/01/03 at 65%. These circles are all joined by lines because they are on consecutive days where data is available.

However, if there are no invoices validated between 2020/01/03 and 2020/01/15, and the Correct and Valid percentage on the 15th is 85%, a separate circle is displayed at the correct intersection on the graph, but no line is drawn between it and the circle on the 3rd of January. Lines are displayed only when data is present between the dates where circles are displayed.
