Export to PDF

Use the Export > PDF functionality in the toolbar menu to set preferences for exporting the content of the grid to the PDF file format.

  1. On the toolbar menu, click Export and select PDF.

    The Report options window is displayed.

  2. From the list, select the required page size.
  3. Select an Orientation option:

    • Portrait

    • Landscape

  4. Set Margins (inches) and click OK.

    If you hide any data on a chart and then export that view to Excel, the Export to PDF function generates a file without the hidden data.
