Invoices by Invoice Type
This view displays finished invoices by invoice type over a specified period of time for selected organizations. An invoice is either a PO or a Non-PO invoice. This includes all extracted fields and their values as well as the username of the user who validated the document, if available.
Across the top of the screen are several drop-down lists that enable to you to filter the results displayed in the chart below. Selections made here are saved and applied the next time you open this or another view. If a selection made here does not appear in another view, it is ignored.
- Time

Sets the filter to display invoices for the last 5 days (default), 10 days, 15 days, 30 days, or 12 months.
- Organization

Select an organization to filter what invoices are displayed in the graphs below. You can choose from the following organizations. (Default: All Orgs)

<Your Org Name>/<Org Business Unit>
Where <Your Org Name> is one or more organizations from your installation and <Org Business Unit> is a business unit configured for that organization. If there is no business unit for that organization, the result is <Your Org Name> / —.

The Invoices by Invoice Type graph breaks the list of finished invoices down into PO and Non-PO invoices. A summary of the invoice type breakdown is displayed at the top of the graph along with a legend showing which color represents each invoice type. The graph itself has the finished date along the x-axis and the total number of invoices on the y-axis.
It is possible that on a given day, only one of the invoice types is processed. This means that the graph does not always display both colors in a single bar.
Click on an individual type or color in the graph to open the Invoices for <date>; <type> window. This window provides more details about the selected invoice type on the chosen day.
