Details of a view

Each view enables you to view selected invoices in a more detailed view. In a bar chart, you can select a bar or a portion of a bar, when available. Similarly, in a pie graph, you can select an individual wedge. For bar charts with multiple values in a single bar or a pie chart, a legend is available to explain the meaning of the colors.

A selection is displayed in a separate window that provides more details about the invoices with the selected state or date. You can filter the information in this window without affecting the underlying data.

You can open the details of a view by following these steps.

  1. Open a specific view.

    The view with one or more charts is displayed.

  2. Optionally, Filter a view to list the most relevant invoices.
  3. Select an individual bar, bar portion, or pie wedge.

    A separate window is displayed.

  4. Optionally, filter the invoices listed in the window.

    The results are filtered without affecting the underlaying graph or data.

  5. Optionally, close the window.

    You are returned to the original view.
