ERP Connection: Custom ERP

This page enables you to add a custom ERP connection. To use this ERP connection, business rules must already exist by configuring the following settings.

Setting

Description

ERP Connection Name

Enter a unique name for the ERP connection. (Mandatory)

Description (Optional)

Provide any important details about this ERP connection. (Optional, but recommended)

Input File Format

Select whether your master data files are in CSV or XML format. (Mandatory)

Page Size

This setting is available only when the Input File Format is set to CSV.

An integer greater or equal to 100 that indicates the number of master data records that are returned by the web service for each call. (Mandatory)

Business Rule to import

The name of the business rule that you have configured to perform the data import for your custom ERP connection. (Mandatory)

Business Rule to Export

The name of the business rule that you have configured to perform the data export for your custom ERP connection. (Mandatory)

Execute Import on Integration Server

This setting is available for Azure and OPMT environments only.

If selected, the import business rule is executed in the Integration Server. (Default: Cleared)

When cleared, the import business rule is executed alongside other business rules in Tungsten TotalAgility.

Execute Export on Integration Server

This setting is available for Azure and OPMT environments only.

If selected, the export business rule is executed in the Integration Server. (Default: Cleared)

When cleared, the export business rule is executed alongside other business rules in Tungsten TotalAgility.

Use Default Null Values For Data Import

Converts any values that are equal to "NULL," "Null," or "null" into actual null values when the data is imported. (Default: Selected)

Use the following buttons to manage your ERP connection.

Button

Description

Save

Saves the ERP connection and adds it to the table on the ERP Connections page.

Close

Closes the current page and returns to you to the ERP Connections page.

If you click Close before saving your values, they are lost when you return to the ERP Connections page.
