How to access your data

At Tungsten Automation, we are committed to giving you clear, practical access to the data you generate and manage through our service. This topic explains which Tungsten AP Agility data is available and how you can export it.

Data associated with your AP Agility solution is readily available at any time, as described in the following table. You must have administrative rights in AP Agility to access this data.

Data type	Description	How to access
AP Agility migration package	Data associated with your AP Agility solution that includes global settings, Invoice Processing settings, AP Workflow settings, and if selected, organization and business unit configurations.	To learn more about creating an AP Agility migration package for export, or importing a migration package, see Configuration Management.
TotalAgility package	Data associated with your AP Agility solution in TotalAgility that includes artifacts related to processes, forms, DLLs, resources, business monitoring, system values, and more. You can use the Packages feature in TotalAgility Designer to create a package containing data and artifacts to export to another server.	To learn more about creating, exporting, or importing a TotalAgility Designer package, refer to the Packages topic in the TotalAgility Designer Help.
AP Agility master data	Data stored in the AP Agility database.	Accessing this data depends on your AP Agility installation. If you have an on-premise AP Agility installation, import the Master Data Export tool. For export instructions, see Use the Master Export Data tool. If your installation of AP Agility is in a multi-tenant or Tungsten Automation hosted Azure environment for Tungsten TotalAgility, import the Master Data Export tool and then configure the imported business rule associated with this tool so its Thread Pool is pointing to the Integration Server thread pool. Accessing this data depends on your AP Agility installation.

If you have an on-premise AP Agility installation, import the Master Data Export tool. For export instructions, see Use the Master Export Data tool.
