Use the Master Export Data tool

Use this tool to export AP Agility master data for an organization. Export one organization at a time.

  1. On the menu, navigate to the Export Master Data using Settings > Export Data.

    Alternatively, use the following direct link:

    https://<TotalAgilityServer>/TotalAgility/forms/apagility/APA_Export_Master_Data.form

    The Export Master Data and Audit Log form is displayed.

  2. Select an Organization.
  3. Enter an Export Path.
  4. Enter the DB Schema Name.

    For on-premise, the name is typically [dbo]. For cloud installations, the name is usually [apa_live] or [apa_dev]. However, if these do not work, it is possible that a different schema name was used when AP Agility was installed. Contact your database manager or Tungsten Automation Cloud Services to confirm the database schema name.

  5. Select Export.

    The job is run and a message is displayed if it succeeds.

    Several CSV files are generated in the export path folder for the selected organization, based on its configuration.

  6. Optional. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for additional organizations.
