Route PO-related activities in AP Workflow

When using the AP Workflow, it is possible to configure whether the PO-related activities are routed to the requisitioner or creator of the PO in the ERP system. Tungsten AP Agility supports importing PO creators and requisitioners as part of the PO header data.

In order for an activity to be routed, the assigned PO_Requisitioner or PO_Creator, must also exist in the AP PO Processors resource group in Tungsten TotalAgility. AP Agility supports matching by full name, user name and by email address. If no match is found, the default resource for the activity is used.

You can manually configure how the following PO-related activities are routed based on the business units in each organization:

  • Line Pairing Correction

  • Line Pairing Exception

  • Exception

Alternatively, you can use business rules. If any of the following business rules are configured, they take priority and override the manually configured settings.

  • AP Custom Assign Exception Resource

  • AP Custom Assign Line Pairing Exception Resource

  • IP Custom Assign LPR Correction Resource
