Setting
Description
ERP Connection Name
Enter a unique and meaningful name for your custom ERP connection.
This setting is mandatory.
Description (Optional)
Although optional, it is useful to have a description of some sort that explains more details about your ERP connection.
For example, the description can list various organizations or business units that use the connection. This is very helpful if you have multiple ERP connections.
Input File Format
There are two formats that this custom ERP connector can use to import your master data. Choose from:
-
CSV
-
XML
For more information on file import, see the Tungsten AP Agility Installation Guide.
Page Size
This setting is available when the Input File Format setting is set to CSV. This enables you to control the number of results returned for each call.
Enter an integer value that is greater or equal to 100.
Business Rule to Import
This is the name of the business rule that defines how data is imported into the custom ERP connector.
It is recommended that this import business exists before configuring a custom ERP connection. A non-existent business rule will not stop you from creating the custom ERP connection but it will not work in production unless there is a corresponding import business rule.
For more information, see Create custom ERP business rules.
Business Rule to Export
This is the name of the business rule that defines how data is exported by the custom ERP connector.
It is recommended that this export business exists before configuring a custom ERP connection. A non-existent business rule will not stop you from creating the custom ERP connection but it will not work in production unless there is a corresponding export business rule.
For more information, see Create custom ERP business rules.
Execute Import on Integration Server
This setting is available only if you are using AP Agility in an Azure or OPMT environment.
If selected, the import business rule is executed in the Integration Server. Otherwise, the import business rule is executed alongside other business rules in Tungsten TotalAgility.

This setting is available only if you are using AP Agility in an Azure or OPMT environment.
If selected, the export business rule is executed in the Integration Server. Otherwise, the export business rule is executed alongside other business rules in Tungsten TotalAgility.
Use Default Null Values for Data Import
When selected, any values that are equal to "NULL," "Null," or "null" are converted into actual null values when data is imported.
