Manage users in Tungsten TotalAgility

Each user who uses the Invoice Processing functionality of Tungsten AP Agility must be a member of one of the Invoice Processing resource groups. This enables user to perform the various tasks related to each resource group.

For example, if a user processes invoices in the Invoice Processing Validation activity, they must be a member of the IPAResourceGroup_Validation_<OrgGroupID> resource group.

A user can be a member of multiple resource groups.

You can configure these resource groups in one of the following locations in Tungsten TotalAgility.

  • TotalAgility Designer > Resources

  • TotalAgility Workspace > Administration > Manage Resources
