Manage Invoice Processing users

For Invoice Processing, you can manage users in two ways.

1. Add users via Invoice Processing

2. Add users with Tungsten TotalAgility resources

Use the Tungsten TotalAgility resources if you use Windows authentication or if you are using Tungsten AP Agility in an Azure environment.

In order to configure individual access, it is first necessary to set up your organization and organization group, and then the individual user entries. This can be done via the Settings > Invoice Processing > Global Settings > Roles and Permissions or through Tungsten TotalAgility resources.

By default, only members of the IPA_Administrators and APA_Administrators resource groups have access to the Settings menu and the Invoice Processing settings. This prevents unauthorized users from changing any configuration settings. The IPA_Administrators and the APA_Administrators resource groups are configured in Tungsten TotalAgility. You can manage Invoice Processing users within Tungsten AP Agility by performing the following tasks.

• Add Tungsten TotalAgility Resources for Invoice Processing

• Edit an existing user
