Register an ERP plugin

After an ERP plugin is added to your system it is necessary to register that plugin so that it is visible in Tungsten AP Agility.

If you are using the ERP Agnostic or the Cloud-based ERP Agnostic connector, it is not necessary to register a plugin.

You can register an ERP plugin after it is installed by following these steps:

  1. Log on to the Tungsten AP Agility Workspace as a user with Administrator permissions.
  2. On the menu, select Settings > ERP Connections.

    The ERP Connections page is displayed.

  3. Click Register ERP Plugins.

    The AP ERP Connector Registration job runs to register the ERP plugin. This can take up to several minutes.

  4. Click Reload to see if the AP ERP Connector Registration job is complete.

    While the job is still in progress, the Register ERP Plugins button remains disabled. Click Reload after a minute and try again.

    Once the Register ERP Plugins button is enabled, continue adding an ERP connection by clicking New.

    The list of connection types in the Create New ERP Connection window is updated to include any newly registered ERP plugins.
