Download and upload Data Backbone Retrieval

To download the Data Backbone Retrieval, navigate to Data > Data Backbone and click Download Retrieval in the Other Actions pane.

The content is downloaded in Word (.docx) format and isn't converted to .txt.

You can make changes to the downloaded content and upload the .docx file again. To do it, execute the following steps:

  1. Right-click the Data Backbone item in the navigation pane and select the Edit command from the context menu to lock the Data Backbone.
  2. Click the Upload Retrieval in the Other Actions pane.

If your Data Backbone Retrieval content is invalid, you can download a document that describes the errors by clicking the Download error document button in the error message that appears on the Data Backbone page.
