Work with Data Backbone
The Data Backbone describes the structure of the data and the data fields that can be used in template scripts.
Each KCM project has a single Data Backbone definition. It is available to all templates in the project.
Data Backbone automatically becomes available when you create a project. You cannot create it independently of a project and you cannot delete it.

View Data Backbone
To view the Data Backbone content in read-only mode, do either of the following:
- Navigate to and click View in the View and Edit pane.
- Right-click the Data Backbone item in the navigation pane on the left and select the View command from the context menu.
