Retention/Reporting policy defaults
TotalAgility has a retention policy to help customers manage the volume of data that they hold in the TotalAgility databases.
In TotalAgility 8.0.0, these policies are on by default and more tightly controlled, especially in a multi-tenant environment.
Changes to TotalAgility on-premise
The defaults in retention policy and Reporting are set to a more restricted level so that the amount of data held in the database is better controlled. For more information, see Retention policy in the TotalAgility Designer Help.
Changes to TotalAgility on-premise multi-tenant
In a TotalAgility on-premise multi-tenant environment, the settings for Retention policy and Reporting are moved to tenant configuration in the Tenant Management System and set to a more restricted level so that the amount of data held in the database by tenants is controlled by the overall system administrator rather than the tenants themselves.
