TotalAgility Workspace provides out-of-the-box shared queries for the jobs. These queries are available under Shared Queries on the Jobs page.

TotalAgility Workspace includes the following shared job queries:

• Active Cases: Displays all the cases that are active.

• Live Jobs (default): Displays all the live jobs.

• Live Jobs Created Today: Displays all the jobs created today.

• SLA - Amber: Displays the jobs which are in Amber status.

• SLA - Green: Displays the jobs which are in Green status.

• SLA - Red: Displays the jobs which are in Red status.

• Suspended Jobs: Displays the jobs which are suspended.

The Jobs page also displays any jobs queries created by you in the TotalAgility Designer. All private queries appear under My Queries.

You can hide the queries panel. See Hide the queries panel.

By default, all live jobs are displayed. If you wish to change the default query, select the query in the queries panel and click  Set as Default.

Search for a job (or case) as follows:

1. On the Search list, select Job (or Case).

2. Enter the job ID (or case reference) in the adjacent box.

3. Click .

Click the query to display the details of the query. You can also create a new job query in TotalAgility Workspace.
