Edit business data

You can edit the value of business data directly within TotalAgility Workspace without going to any of the design environments.

You can edit business data without having Designer or Business rule access control list permissions.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Edit business data.
    The Edit business data page displays the list of business rules (along with the version) for which the access to edit business data is granted.
  2. By default, the category is set to your working category. To display the business rules within a specific category, select a different category on the Category list.
    The business rules from the selected category are displayed, if any.
  3. Click the business rule to open.
    The list of business data associated with the selected business rule is displayed.
  4. Click the row for the business data to edit and click Update Value.
    The Update Value pop-up appears.
  5. Edit the business data value and click OK to save the changes.
    The updated value is applied to the latest released version of the business rule.
