View automation agent details
You can see an overview of how the automation agents are performing on the Management Console Automation agents - Activities page.
You can view the following details for the automation agent:

The number of active automatic activities for all agents

The number of activities active per agent
-
A breakdown of the activities per status

The machines that the agent is installed on
To display the Automation agents - Activities page, on the Workspace menu, click Management Console and on the left navigation menu, select Agents.
Alternatively, on the Workspace menu, click Management Console and on the left navigation menu, select Overview and click the Automatic Activities tile to drill down.
The number of items available in each agent is displayed on the respective tile. Additionally, Machine Name, Status and Profile information for the Core Worker, Transformation and Export services are displayed under respective tiles.
On the Automation agents - Activities page, you can associate a service profile with an automation agent (see Associate a profile with an automation agent), view activity details and perform certain actions for an activity such as add note, view job and view job properties.
View activity details
To view the number of activities and the status of the activity for a service agent, such as Transformation, click the Transformation tile to drill down.
The activities listed as pending, locked, active, suspended, evaluation failed, awaiting event, on hold and completed for a service agent are displayed.
You can drill-down further to view the activity details. For example, to view the activity details for the completed activities, click the tile for the completed activities. The activity details are displayed in a table: Activity Name, Process, Activity Status, Priority, Due Date, Pending Time, Node Type, Machine Name, and Actions.
The machine name is only displayed for the locked, active, suspended and completed activities.
To add a note, view a job or view job properties for an activity, on the Actions column for an activity name, on the Select list, select the applicable option.
