Manage worker tasks in the error state

You can activate or delete worker tasks in the error state.

  1. On the Administration menu, click Manage Worker Tasks.
    The Failed Worker Tasks page displays the worker task type and the number of tasks in error state.
  2. Select the check box for the worker task to activate and click Activate Worker Tasks.
  3. To delete a worker task, select the worker task to delete and click Delete Worker Tasks.
